TO RESERVE:

  1. Using PayPal, deposit the $100 USD to account: atlantidapuntacana@gamil.com
  • Make sure to ‘Add a Note’ with the following information:
    • Your Name
    • Type of Activity
    • Date of Activity
    • Number of guests
    • Hotel’s Name

 

  1. A CONFIRMATION email will be sent to you, once our deposit has been received.

  2. Any outstanding balance can be paid in cash, PayPal, or credit card the day of your activity, before boarding the boat. Any payments made with credit card will have an additional charge of 5% (government taxes).

 

RESCHEDULE:

Due to any adverse situation, you can not attend your trip on the contracted date, you can contact us to request a ‘Change of Date’. This will be subject to availability.

 

WEATHER:

If weather conditions are not appropriate the day of your activity, we will reschedule your activity for the next available date with favorable conditions.

If weather conditions do not clear up during your stay in Punta Cana, 100% of your deposit will be returned.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your trip 48 hours prior to departure date, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.
